McCain is not stupid, but simple-minded in the sense that even the most complicated questions are subject to simple answers. If he sees evil in the world, his mission is to defeat it. It is that simple. We must lower the taxes for all Americans. It is that simple. We must do whatever it takes to win the war in Iraq. It is that simple

    He is simply too old, too stupid, too dishonest, too angry, and too simple.

    There is nothing wrong with simple answers. He is simply choosing the wrong answers. Why make things complicated when they are simple?

    What else can Senator McCain do when romancing the folks that call intellectuals, "Elitist Liberals"?

    Yes, he is simple minded on alot of his decisions which is why he is so direct in his talking. It's simple to say "we will win the Iraq war" or "we must do offshor drilling" but the tasks to complete these missions are far more difficult. They need to be well thought out. McCain needs to put more thought in to his plans for the country if he wants to win the presidency.

    conservative=simple minded (often anyways)

    conservatives (although not Republicans) wanted slavery to remain legal.
    conservatives were against civil rights.
    conservatives want the world to be like it was, and that is, indeed, a simple minded and foolish notion.

    suck it, O'Reilly.

    ps. nice catch Huntre; Jon Stewart said it best (if I may paraphrase): of course McCain is [also] an elitist; he thinks he can rule the free world.

    How did they get the name "conservatives" anyway? As far as I can tell they aren't interested in conserving anything.

    If you want to lower taxes vote for McCain. If you do not want capital gains taxes to increase for for McCain. The very questions you pose in the posting are found in the person whom you question. The reason BHObama seems attractive is because he has literally no record. He claims to be the candidate of change, therefore the people will project their aspirations onto, even if Obama knows he will not be able to fulfill them. Considering that, plus his ability to speak in a way that stimulates the intellect and can draw the emotion. Obama tries to be everything to everyone. I heard a wise man say that "Obama takes it to such a degree, that if he were to give the State of the Union Address, he would follow it immediately with the rebuttal.

    What if the same thing happens again. In that the republicans fix the vote, like they did for Bush. What will you do then? That is a very scary thought, but we know it happened once. Will it happen again. Or will another"terrorist threat" hit America and bush calls on Martial Law and the Constution is null and void. What are we to do then?

    Obama is too inexperienced, too out of touch, too far to the left, too naive, too full of himself, too partisan and too dumb.

    In other words hes the perfect puppet for the far left radical groups.

    Thats right all you Obama sheep... keep your eyes on the pretty bauble called Obama, that way you cant see the filth that surrounds him.
