Nice campaign just launched in Denver to raise awareness of how easy (no ID, and no background check), it is to get hold of a gun across nearly TWO THIRDS of the states in the USA.

Though perhaps the subtlety may actually only be preaching to the converted - sadly no url on the billboards for more info.

Great guerilla effort lined up for Denver around the convention here...(with the stophandgun violence.org tag)

    • This is a fine example of what a group of closed minded people can do if they have some money.

      If you think this kind of thing is helpful, you probably think there is a "gun show loop hole" law too. Yes, I know you've heard of the "loophole" so many times that you think it surely must exist. But the truth is, it doesn't. There is no special exception for gun shows in any state. If you think there is a gun show loophole then go look it up and post it here. I dare you.

      The gun show loophole idea is a fabrication made up by closed minded zealots who think that somehow the same criminals who flaunt our drug and immigration laws will somehow magiically become law abiding if guns are outlawed.

      Outlawing guns will stop people from having them just like outlawing pot has prevented anyone from getting it.

      Now, stop and think for a minute. Do you really want to be taking advice from people who try to mislead you to gain your support?

      There is no weapon as powerful as the truth. Don't drink Stophandgunviolence.org's "Kool Aid." Laugh them off this site.
