Texas execution of Jeff Wood; for a murder he did not witness!!
I usually support the Death Penalty however if this is what happens as a byproduct I have to change my position. If someone will not stand up against this travesty of justice , then it needs to be done away with altogether.

I do not believe in the death penalty.
I do believe the man is guilty if he was participating in the burglary/robbery or whatever. The law states that if you are participating and someone dies you are a part of that.
Too many mistakes are made with the death penalty and certainly is not free of racial bias.
Everyone is diminished by the death penalty. Isn't this the same state that put a man to death whose IQ was in the 50's?

I am sad for the families of all these folks. I really should not have said the man was guilty. I am not an attorney.

Justice is, too often, very unjust...sounds like he had a poor excuse for an attorney...
