male opinion... forbidden fruit is nice. and statistically the women that are flashy are teases, or dirty, or sometimes they're genuinely self-confident, but least often the ladder of the three. typically people only antagonize the ones that are most sensitive and will give the biggest reaction. so if you want to stop the tyranny, stop the ZEALOTRY! but hey, just an opinion.

I'd guess that it has less to do with what anyone is wearing than with the attitudes and customs that are being promoted. Encourage men to think they are more powerful and important than women, and if they believe it, why would they have a problem assaulting a woman?
