Former pop star Kerry Katona has been made bankrupt by HM Revenue and Customs, after failing to clear an outstanding tax bill.
She owed £82,000, and despite protesting that the funds were on their way, the taxmen had had enough.

Hmm, yet another has been singer getting too much attention: she was in a girl band for five minutes and that's bought her 10 years of free publicity, which she hasn't managed to exploit by the looks of things.

She's just such a state of a woman. It's a really bad reflection on our society that we just seem to love watching her sad pitiful (and long) downfall.
