Police: Man Drives Off After Being Shot By Officer

GARLAND, Texas -- Garland police said an officer shot a 19-year-old man who allegedly tried to hit the officer with a car early Saturday morning.

Police said officers were responding to a call about loud music at an apartment complex in the 2100 block of Lookout Drive. A car pulled up and started honking its horn, police said.
