A short documentary about a man who has a observatory in his back garden and has a love for photographing the stars and planets in the night sky. The story then talks about how light pollution has affected his cherished hobby and what is being done to combat light pollution in the city.

A lot of more industrial-minded people just don't believe things like light and sound pollution are issues.
I wonder if they've ever looked up at the stars?
