She wont be desposed and even if she is they'll say she was defending her sister. I've heard that Palin may have pushed for the firing of her brother-in-law because he had abused her sister.

shun21, that still is abuse of power, especially when it involves family. From what I have read, her sister and brother in law have been divorced for quite a while and are having a custody battle. Trying to have him fired so as to render him income-less and therefore less likely to get custody of his child or children is tantamount to obstruction of justice. It also exposes Palin as someone who is fundamentally corrupt.

if she perverted the course of justice. If she pushed for this it will be proven in the court, jumping to conclusions and taking things at face value are part of what has gotten america in this mess
