How exactly do you quantify if and how much someone benefited from "history of systemic racism?" I would argue that Jessie Jackson , Jr. has benefited from history of racism. There are always those who benefit from the success of their ancestors, but this is not related to race. Stop blaming other because it just makes you and your children LAZY. Its easier to blame others than to go to work, study hard, and succeed. maybe the white man has a better work ethic because his ancestors had to earn everything with hard work, sweat, and passed this down through the generations. He didn't just say we should collect the welfare check and blame whitey. Michelle Obama is an American success story, and I cringe when she tells everyone that America is keeping people down, its race baiting.

    • My niece should get an apology from all black people because she was raped by a black man...... You want white people to apologize and pay for what happened years ago! Then the indians need to apologize for killing Irish land settlers and probably pay them some kind of back severance for the suffering of their ancestory tree. You see the point of where all this crap could go??? I'm trying to make a point we could go on forever trying to even the score but what we need is to move on from the past. That's why it's callled the past... Most people are just looking for a pay or some way of gettting a hand out from the government. GO GET A JOB!!!!!! You were not a slave....... White people today never owned slaves or new the ancestors that did own slaves. I always hear blacks say their black and their proud well if you are so proud then rise above all this hatred of the white man and prove them wrong!!!
