I don't care about all the clucking about this woman or her children, we know girls have been known to have babies, and sometimes without benefit of matrimony, so what? And I don't care if Ms Palin wears a beehive and lives in a marble mobile home, or whether she even knows where Russia is. She's a Republican, how much do you expect? But being Republican doesn't exempt her from the law (unless they get the power again.).-

I can't be alone in thinking Palin looks like Peggy Hill, can I? Her spanish language skills and experience as the substitute teacher of the year should give McCain a huge boost.

I find it interesting that a campaign can stall an investigation... lets try to remember that the Democratic majorities elected to both houses of Congress in 2006 have failed to hold anyone accountable for anything. Sure, they got rid of a few of the most disgusting criminals in the Bush Administration, but have not held the so-called leadership responsible for everything from war crimes and profiteering to contempt of Congress (and the American People). I blame Nancy Pelosi for not "changing the course" as she and many others promised during the 2006 campaigns. The Democratic leadership is spineless and ineffective ... and I voted for them! I will support NO incumbent who does not actively support full accountability ... and that means IMPEACHMENT of Bush AND Cheney!

To have a daughter with a baby? Sure, that's okay. But to stop an investigation? No, if the GOP does not want to play by the same rules as you and I, then, "HELL NO!", is my answer. Nowhere in the Constitution is any branch of the Government supposed to be above accountability. It is truly the responsibility of the Democratic majority to put the brakes on the BS Express. Straight talk my ass. Whatever Ms. Palin may have done in the past should be open to the same scrutiny as any other candidate.
