Ashley Blazer Biden, 21, of Wilmington, Del., was with a group of people on a North Side street where several bars are located when someone else threw a bottle at an officer, police said.
When police tried to arrest another person, Biden blocked the officer’s path and made intimidating statements, officer JoAnn Taylor said.
Biden was later released and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 20.
Sen. Biden’s spokeswoman, Margaret Aitken, declined to comment, calling it a private, family matter.

That's a pretty consistent response from Biden. It's what both Biden and Obama said regarding Palins daughter. A family matter. Now if only the Obama and McCain supporters would listen to them and leave all candidates children alone. I blame the hateful nut jobs that support Obama/Democrats for spreading rumors, and forcing the Palins to make a public statement. And before someone says anything , yes McCain/Rebublicans have hateful nut job supporters as well. Remember John Kerry's daughter. The black dress. Those pics were all over the internet and the MSM.
The problem I have is when you represent your party as the "Family Values" party and morally superior you're held to a higher standard. It comes back to bite you in the you know what. I think both parties should keep away from that sort of thing.
As far as I'm concerned neither party behave any better or worse. That's why we are left with no choice but to vote for the person who's ideology is similar to our own.
Both candidates complain corporate money and lobbyists yet both parties sure welcomed the moneyed elite at their conventions. While convention goers were paying 7 bucks for a lousy hot dog at the conventions the politicians and ceos' were getting free vittles , if you can even call the pricey gourmet food vittles.-
