After spending more than a year in a country that seemed to be frozen in a Soviet “time warp,” a young man experiences a new way of life in a place he was always taught to hate. As he returns 10 years later, he explores the time that Lee Harvey Oswald spent in the same place 45 years earlier and realizes the similarities of his experience finding love and alienation in Minsk.
