My concern is: Where did all the millions of dollars go if so much is still unfixed?? After the hurrican which prompted the levees in NO the community got together itself and rebuilt. Not only do our own citizens have a different outlook on such things, but corruption in our government as well has stifled any effort to bring back this city to its previous state. A citizen does not need financial aid to pick up a hammer and help their own neighbors.
