- Each one of hose can move better than I can! LoL I play for a local Badminton league in the UK and some members of our team are in their 70s, play every week and keep people less than half their age on their toes.
  
  This vid is another example that inspires me to think that age doesn't always slow you down as long as you have a postive outlook and stay active.
