Suspected drug cartel thugs threw two grenades into crowds of revellers in Mexico on independance day, killing eight and injuring more than 100 in a terrorist attack.

    So this was all done in an effort to antagonise the president who has cracked down on the cartels.

    "The attack targeted a cherished tradition that brings millions of Mexicans together in public plazas each year, and cast an immediate pall over today's September 16 parades, held in cities and towns across the nation to celebrate the 1810 start of Mexico's 10-year war of independence from Spain."

    I hope that the President just doubles his efforts and causes the cartels even more damage.

    Always the innocent are the ones hurt, this is very sad
