Yes, He is senile and under stress he really slips up. He is exactly what the Neo Cons want. Someone they can manage. Once in the White House they can run the show from behind the scenes just like they did in Reagan' s second term. I don't think they expected him to get so obviously senile so soon. What will they do when they have two of them they can't allow to give interviews, or speeches?
