i would say that people as government agents fight wars. some people actually like to fight wars. we live in a world where people want to destroy its own kind for the "common good." difficult times we live in today.

The Chinese government is vile. that's my opinion. the government, not the people, but then, most governments are vile nowadays.
who starts the wars? the governments.
who fights the wars? the people.if it was up to the masses, i dont think there would be wars, but then how would the warmongers thrive?
