Everyone should understand what McCain did during the Savings and Loan Crisis

In the interest of "fairness" from the media. Shouldn't we see, at least, some little tiny thing about the Obama camp's role in some of this bailout? IF he and his handlers are "clean" that would reassure some people... Or would that be violating some unwritten law? People had better be doing their homework on who they will vote for. There will not be any straight info from the media.

The GOP brought on hockey mom not because she possesses brilliant tactical skills in dealing with foreign dignitaries... she was brought in to fire up the base. A calculated risk, we'll see if the Dems can capitalize on this political blunder (imho) But don't look to news as "fact".

To get the facts you actually have to read the speeches and make your own decisions. Precious few Americans are going to do that this fall.

like the mortgage crisis... who were the ones who opposed the bill to regulate fannie mae and freddic mac? DEMOCRATS (including obama, hillary, and dodd who recieved some of the highest sums of money to their campaigns from both thoses financial institutions).

who voted FOR that bill?? MCCAIN.

the whole mortgage crisis could have been averted if this piece of legislation had been encated.
