The Conservatives have promised to freeze the English council tax for two years if elected at the next general election.

Goodness nellolivia, you do look cross.
Pledging a council tax freeze is all very well (and disturbingly appealing - damn you Tories!) but surely it would be impossible to actually implement as public services are already under-funded.

It's those duplicating Tories - They make me seeth!
The funding part is the bit they don't do. "Ok we'll have you £1.40 a week but it'll cost you a load more than that in the long run" Is what they should be saying
