Royal Society of Medicine to discuss issues surrounding intersex on October 1st

Interesting topic, and and even more interesting debate likely for what is still a relatively unheard of medical condition which afflicts 1 in 2,000 babies.

There's a protest surrounding the conference, due to certain views propounded by Kenneth Zucker.

More details on the protest, as well as the controversy surrounding reparative therapy on trans-identified children here:

Current will also be showing a film on the subject as part of its Battle of the Sexes season in October (19-21st)
