So the Raiders didn’t let Madsen get away to another team. After being cut before the Buffalo game for the Ben Troupe free-agent signing, the Raiders recalled him from their unofficial practice squad by re-signing him today in place of the injured Seth Wand. Wand will go on the IR with a knee injury. This signing gives the Raiders four tight ends on the roster....
