wow censorship.
Honestly there needs to be radical change before something irreversible happens.

Big oil and other corporations sponsor politicians and the media. It's a wonder anyone bothers with any of it these days. It's amazing that people still believe in them at all.

I posted about this yesterday...

We need to push to 'force' big oil to either re-invest windfall profits in clean energy sources like wind, power, and solar, or take those 'profits' via tax and re-invest them ourselves. I say to major petroleum producers this, the market crashed due NOT to just mortgages but energy failings as well. So start ACTING like you care and re-invest profits into alternative energy sources now! We don't want to be reduced to 'nationalizing' energy companies just because they won't tow the line themselves. Oil Companies need to transform themselves into Energy Consortiums and diversify themselves before we are forced to do it for them. Ending the 'monopoly' on energy resouces is a definite must to do. Oil Companies either conform or die off. But you have just as much a responsibility to provide 'cheap' clean energy as utility companies!

Corporate cadres have our mainstream media in a choke hold. Lobbyists, sponsorships, stocks in studios, you name it, they have it covered. Unless both the people of America AND our governing bodies foment changes to the system, from petroleum to coal to alternative energies, the leverage will continue to be on the corporations' side.
