Why go all the way to Iran when the powers that be could just pull some terror shit right here our United States?
p.s. I get tired of seeing and hearing all the "..."Bush did this, Bush will do that"....
I think we all know he ain't really calling the shots.

Why would we engage in another war in the middle of a financial meltdown?? It would be a short war because we would quickly go bankrupt!
WE CAN NOT AFFORD ANOTHER WAR!!!
-
Bush needs to become a man and make peace some how with these countries. No one deserves to be blown up. Exspecially Mother Earth who is unfortunately caught in the middle.

If Bush will be there when the bombing happens, I'm all for it. Throw in Cheney and Obama has my vote.
If I could vote....

Either Bush or Kristol or both should be relieved of their duties immediately.

they are truly scraping the bottom of the barrel with this nonsense...

If Obama wins, then he is going to take out his anger by bombing Iran, and blame it on Obama afterwards...such a childish act...

I get the feeling Israel will have the chance to attack Iran again very soon.

Wow!!! I think Obama will surprise them. I believe Obama's strategy will allows to go to war without a guilty conscious. In addition, our allies may be more prone to assist us in foreign matter. I think the world will respect diplomacy first, strike second.

It reminds me how one of the last things Bush senior did before leaving office is to send American troops to Somalia, so as to leave a big mess and problem for Clinton.

We won't let Israel bomb Iran, too risky for further regional escalation. We'll probably bomb Iran just before Thanksgiving. They have been planning this action since 9/11, maybe even beforehand. It probably won't be small, it will probably be a large air, naval, and spec-op campaign over a 96 hour period. The ground troops are too bogged down in Iraq and Afghanistan to get involved in Iran. The New Yorker magazine claims we have had US special forces in Iran selecting high value targets since April 2008.

I think Bush just might pull a stunt like this. He's a frat-boy in his senior year, ready to cruise on out in a few months, but not without causing one last ruckus...

The military will refuse to carry this mission out. The JCS is against attacking Iran. Bush might fall to a coup if he tries to use the CIA or the NSA to do his dirty work. Thank God for our men in uniform who still serve with honor.

Using the word "unconditional" is dishonest, Senator Obama said without preconditions. We need to start talking with our enemies as well as our friends. Talk is cheap, there is plenty of time to throw bombs and missiles about if it becomes necessary. There is absolutely no reason to believe a President Obama would not use force if needed. He has also stated that Iran must not be allowed nuclear weapons. You are simply going for the "fear" angle, which is sad. You are the one the undermines the USA with remarks like that. You are the one sowing seeds of doubt among friends and foes.

Dubya invading Iraq is why this Repulican is voting Democrat this year. If I were undecided, invading yet another goddam country would push me over to the other side. The village idiot stopped being amusing years ago, when he became dangerous, if not downright treasonous, to his own country.
