Last year the Current Pitch at Sheffield Docfest was a huge success with 8 fantastic ideas pitched. The competition was so close we ended up commissioning nearly all of the finalists! The winning pitch was from Mateo Willis and is about a community in Italy called Damanhur. The community is totally self-sufficient and has it's own believe system which is extremely interesting.
