Livin the Big Lie

The legal system in the USA is the 'Big Lie' of our generation, a lie that is so big, and so terrible, and so horrible that most can not, or will not attempt to 'get thier heads around it' or face the cold hard reality that the legal system in our country is a fundamentally corrupt racketeering fraud, which is orchestrated by corrupt judges, and serves to enrich armies of unethical lawyers and other fiendish ghouls. Fools that stumble around America in a delusional stupor that this nation is still a democracy, that rule of law exists, and that justice and integrity can be expected from our courts or our political leadership are Living the Big Lie.

The fact that the police state may steal your children at any time, for the most frivilous, false or fabricated reason is too horrible for most people to imagine, so they simply prefer to believe the 'Big Lie' that the courts act in the 'best interests' of children. In reality, the courts and other agents of the state are the most prolific child abusers on the planet, and the alienation of children from a parent, and severing parental attachments in young children are some of the most terrible forms of child abuse that causes lifetimes of misery for children, parents and other family members. Corrupt courts and thier fiendish cronies grow fat from collecting government incentives to shred families and steal children, and in the process destroy parents and children financially, emotionally, and often physically.

There may be some law abiding citizens who realize that the courts and legal system are corrupt, but choose to justify this in thier mind with the feeble belief that it only happens to those "other" people, you know, the kind that have problems with the law.. etc.. Little do these sheople know that the absolute corruption of the courts has NOW reached advanced levels that no one, and no group, immune to attacks and destruction that corrupt courts rountinely inflict upon parents and children.

We have all heard the old story about Germans who did not care or say anything when the NAZI's came for the jews, or the gays, or the gyspies, or those who spoke up and spoke out, they did not care, because 'they' were not one of 'us' they explained... until the time came when the NAZI's came for them, or thier nieghbors, or thier family, and by that time there was no one left to speak up or to ask for help. We parents have reached that time, it's our turn now, we are now the ones who now stand before the butchers, and like so many that have come before us, we plead for justice and mercy and to return our children. But the corrupt and oppressive and tyranical courts now routinely attack and destroy fit law abiding parents, and steal our children, and bankrupt us with sham litigations that should be reserved for the most henious of crimes.

In the eyes of corrupt courts there is no difference between families, children, parents and criminals ... all are kindling for thier destrutive fire of injustice, fraud and evil conspriacies to profit from stealing children from thier parents. The family courts are a fire kept blazing by dragging as many innocent children and parents into the inferno as possible, to serve as fuel for the corruption of the courts and lawyers that feed off the carnage.

    • I wish this issue just boiled down to which 'president' you vote for. Doesn't make a damn bit of difference, unfortunately. The damage is done, and no one, president or otherwise, would have the balls to stand up and say, "Wait a minute, something is very wrong here." Hell no. The law was just passed, which gives states the right and very lucrative incentives to interfere in family life "more than ever." This cuntry truly sucks.

    • Vote for McCain and Palin if you would like things to get worse. Either could be found under the definition of fascist in the dictionary. Palin's misuse of her office and authority for personal matters. It is reminiscent of attacks people experience in custody disputes, etc. My ex works in the Attorney General's office in the state I reside. Same ole shit just like Palin pulled. Harassment, intimidation, etc., but nobody around here will do a damn thing about something as serious as perjury in court that's committed by their employee. McCain believes custody issues should best be left to the states. Guess he hasn't heard of the FEDERAL Constitution. Shouldn't be surprised, he doesn't plan on formalities such as warrants for surveillance, wiretapping, and such when he becomes President. Might tend to have an heir (pun intended) of freedom and democracy to it. I've been a registered Republican for twenty years. Doubt this or anything else in my post and you can e-mail me and I will prove it. This has got to be the sorriest excuse for a presidential race the Republicans have ever suggested; in my lifetime for sure. I didn't even consider voting for Obama before the last debate; I am completely pro-life. However, given the inflammatory, vague, and unsubstantiated accusations/rhetoric of M/P, I am not too sure they don't belong in jail instead of residing where individuals such as Washington and Lincoln once shaped and molded America into the formidable nation it once was. Neither McCain or Palin is fit or qualified to admire the ax or law books that Lincon wielded while he was alive.

    • Fred, reading this sent chills down my spine, tears to my eyes and a feeling that a knife was puncturing my heart. This is about the best, most accurate assessment that I've seen, of the true nature of the unconcionable court system, the state, the lawyers, judges, workers, etc. that are feeding, quite lavishly, off the absolute torture and misery of poor babies and children, innocent parents and family members, friends, etc....not only totally lacking in remorse or any type of conscience, but actually laughing about it amongst one another!! It is nothing short of insane. I was on the stand at my TPR trial yesterday. It is impossible to get the facts and the truth out there, the way they have it set up. This is hearsay. That is irrelevant. They've called in MY witnesses as their own, and witnesses that were not listed in the pre-trial memorandum. And, of course, the judge AND my own lawyer, let it go. Also, the DSS lawyer and my baby's lawyer are buddy-buddy, chummy-chummy. It was very frustrating and dismaying. I know what the outcome is going to be, even though DSS has no case and I have a strong one. But, of course, there is that tiny spark of hope in my heart, the one that gets me from one day to the next, that maybe I'll be different than millions of others, literally, and my baby won't be gone from my life forever. Wishful thinking, I know, but I have to delude myself in order to survive this God-awful nightmare. I am so sorry, all of you who have also lived this nightmare. I think the nazi's were more compassionate. They killed their victims, rather than leave them to live out a life of total and absolute suffering. Radical...I know, but walk a mile in our shoes, and you just may change your tune.

    • This happens without gender bias, the courts care mostly for money. MAny people are victims of false allegations, if they are directly related to or have strong ties with a corrupt employee of the state their lives are ruined. What life can one live without their child(ren)?? It is empty and meaningless if you cannot spend QUALITY time with them. A few hours in a day and your scrambling to get all you can in rather than enjoying the time. Those who have never seen iot first hand are lucky but far from immune. Many people ask about pre-nips or wills... ANY contractual agreement is void in family courts. They dont even follow our own doctrines of due process. So much is hidden from the public record and they like it that way. Any legislation that dissolves the secrecy and judicial discretion is posted as misandry or just laughed away. LEgislators who are also lawyers will not allow laws to pass that will take away their future income. Everyone knows someone directly effected by this, but not all see it for what it is. Even my own parents took 4 yrs to realize what is really going on. I was told that Im overreacting, things will work out, theres nothing you can do...... Believe this and you will lose your children. Because one day they will ask why you gave up. The only answer you can give them is that you didnt, and they will see it.

    • This is all sooooo true. Having my grandkids KIDNAPPED based on lies so that these vultures could get rich has opened my eyes to all the atrocities.
