NBC has announced that former Secretary of State Colin Powell will be appearing on this Sunday's "Meet the Press," causing speculation that the Republican elder statesman might endorse Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL).
During a forum last month at George Washington University, Powell, the first African-American secretary of State, said Obama's victory would send an "electrifying" message to the world but that voters also "have to make a judgment... which of the candidates blends a right measure of experience and judgment."

Colin Powell was used disgustingly by the Bush Administration - I don't imagine he can easily forgive them.

I like Colin Powell, and I feel a lot of level headed Americans do too. Many have wished him to run for pres. I feel an endorsement from him is a very high honor.
