Prop 8 backers will tell you if gay marriage continues, schools will be forced to each marriage equality in the classroom; Prop 8 opponents say that's just not true.

    • The religious right always throws out a whole series of lies to push its viewpoint across. The backers of this referendum are no different. All decent people who care about the truth can do is go out and vote against Proposition 8. That will send a clear, solid message that bigotry, prejudice and intolerance have no place in the great state of California. It will, also, be a firm rejection of the lies put forward by its proponents. There is a good reason that many are calling this ballot measure Proposition Hate.
