Really nice guys. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Been enjoying this fine country for the last few weeks, doing some things for Current in the process (http://current.com/items/89476886_presidential_underdogs), just a shame we didn't get to meet you guys on our travels.
Good luck with it all.

What a great microcosim, the train. Thanks for putting this together.
The politics of fear really did some damage to the electorate. The confusion is on purpose.
America is ready for a leader who will help us to find our commonalities and yet celebrate our differences.
I think Ginger and her friends will have many interesting conversations over drinks the next four year.

I find it disappointing that still so many Americans are either under informed, ill informed, or not interested in politics, because so many people died for our right to vote.
But I have hope because there is a surprisingly large voter turnout this election.

My dad is going to vote for John McCain too. He keeps telling me that he's voting for McCain because Obama does not have enough experience. I mean, he has voted democratic before.
It seems like no matter how informed I am about the candidates and no matter how little he knows about the candidates, he does not even consider the possibility of voting for Obama.
It's nice to know that I am not alone in this world full of ignorant people, even if I am related to the ignorant.
I'm not saying that all McCain supporters are ignorant, but I am saying that people should vote with an informed opinion, or not at all.

Good JOB DEMS. Congrats!!!!

Hooray!!! I sincerely hope that the electorate will stay involved. Yes this is an historic day but it doesn't stop with the win. Now the real work begins. And remember, we are Americans all!

Well done! Great environment for the subject matter! The train seems to be a metaphor for the journey the country and the world has now embarked on as president -elect Barack Obama prepares to take office.
