I heard about this the other day, more proof of fascism
being alive and doing what fascist do.

time to get your papers ready.. i mean the ones with F*CK YOU written on them. This is America, stand up for yourselves.

Interesting, criminalized because of where you live.

Ive got to agree and disagree with this. Are our liberties and rights being violated? Without a doubt. Are we going to trust the ACLU or ANY organization to stand up for us and do what's best for EVERYONE? No, and if you said yes, you deserve to have your rights violated. We need to stand up for ourselves as individuals and demand what is best for the nation. I'm tired of people crying for change and relegating the responsibility to others.

As other parts of the world gain more and more personal freedoms, U.S. citizens rights are quickly being stripped away.

Eventually,one day, the citizens will rise, and will stand for what is right, and they will overthrow the government the government could not depend on the military, because the military betrayed the governmet as well! Only will the time come..

I already posted about this a week or so ago, no one paid attention to it!

Must suck to have no constitutional rights. I hope you guys figure that craziness out before something bad happens (mccain/palin).

Our American ideals are waning. We will have to help ourselves.

I would recommend the aclu to all terrorists. They represent you for free. I just wish they would protect the liberty from terrorism.

I'm pretty sure the aclu represented the portland 6 (terrrorists trying to set up camp in oregon). If Obama is president he along with a democratic senate and congress will grow this government faster than new york minute. I hear liberals complain about big brother watching or listening. So why do they want big brother taking care of health care, housing, food, energy and any other "entitlement" they can think of?

Wait. WHAT?! I never heard of this. So I'm not protected by the constitution because I live in FL which is within 100 miles of the coast? Ughhh.

I live in one of these areas..And I resent it ..A lot.We ALL should..I don't care what your political beliefs are..we ALL live in this country and we ALL have aright to privacy..I am sick and tired of being treated like a criminal .and entitlements???????? when did food, health care and energy,etc. become an "entitlement"?

Since the introduction of HR-1955 there hasn't been a constitution and these new zones are just the next phase in the total obliteration of any remaining civil rights.

Wow some states like Maine, Florida, Michigan, Hawaii, and others are completely in the constitution free zone.
