Variety reports that "Fable 2 looks noticeably better. The graphics are sharper and brighter. So much so that it's like the game, or my graphics processor, has gotten an upgrade."
This feature will become available on November 19th when the New Xbox Experience launches. DVDs will still need to be kept around for the DRM.
May question is, what does this mean for the future of console games? Will we be able to download games instead of purchasing discs from the store? Will this eliminate the video game retailer?

this is quite interesting. Some games take quite a while to load, and it would be nice to skip through the 2 minute + wait (sometimes) for Halo 3.
I am no gamer geek, nor can I predict the future, but I doubt that anyone will be able to download a complex game such as Halo 3 (or 4) anytime soon.

hmm this is the first i have heard of the install making a difference visually. ill have to check this with fable 2. the install actually makes halo 3 run poorly. check out bungie.net for the info.
