Do you believe the government will eventually have to encourage or mandate alternative fuel usage?
In the most recent election, Californians voted no on proposition 10 which was a bond to assist consumers in purchasing alternative fuel vehicles as well as aiding alternative fuel research (most counties reporting a 60% to 70% no vote). Do you believe that the state or national government will eventually have to provide some sort of subsidy or mandate some level of alternative fuel usage before a larger number of consumers will make the change?
