How sad. Nader was once a respected crusader for consumer rights. He has become a vain, bitter, impotent old man. In 2000 Nader put his own vanity in front of the country's interests. By continuing his third party candidacy he ushered in the last 8 years under George Bush. His guilt and shame is great. He betrayed his country and his fellow citizens. He needs to go quietly into that good night. His reputation is ruined and his honor is non-existent.

Great work, Hermit.
As a member of the media, do you feel controlled by a corporate dictatorship supremacy?

Greenpointer:
If being ignored is a form of control, then yes.
However, since nobody pays me for what I do, I don't feel like I am part of the "media"

Greenpointer:
Ignorance is certainly a form of control but I don't think compensation excludes you from what "media" is these days.
I WISH I got paid by CBS for the Green Air Minute! The only things advertised on our website are flowers and clouds! Alas it's effectively become a way for us to access high-profile events and fluff our feathers when we're asking for interviews with supermodels. Nevertheless, it gets broadcast and whether or not someone hears it or is moved by it is out of my control.
Media is ours to manipulate and more accessible now than ever. I'm a fan of your work and think you deserve the platform you've created for yourself.
Keep opening eyes in the way you know how.
