What kind of advice do you give a team that appears divided? Tell them to call Dr. Phil? The Oakland Raiders are a team, and an organization, in crisis. In other words, there are far more important issues they need to tend to before figuring out how to win a game. In the NFL, teams don't call in sick, players do. Tom Cable and the Raiders coaching staff is going to have to keep the players from 'calling in' this Sunday when they face the Carolina Panthers....
