Everyone should have better diets and physical exercise to combat diabetes or especially prevent it. Soda is one of the greatest contributors.

Diabetes is on the rise because Americans are obese..In Minnisota it is cold and it is a known fact that shivering is an excercise..also if the IHOP franchise would stop adding ingredients to pancake that would also decrease fat intake... streusel pancake..??im waiting for the cheese fries pancake.

It's odd how we don't take the initiative for a healthy lifestyle more seriously.
We could blame television, social habits etc.. but in the end we are just a lazy people.We don't know where our food comes from or how to cultivate it if not for supermarkets, let alone cook it without a microwave.
We expect quicker, faster and better all rolled into one package when the truth is, the dependencies of our diet will be the same downfall of our minds, shared.I have always been dumbstruck that we leave the welfare of our bodies to others rather than ourselves.
