Doctors for an American man afflicted with aids said that the man appeared to have been cured of the disease after a bonemarrow transplant.
the key word here is appeared; Alot of diseases go into remission but that doesn't mean that sufferers of these diseases have been cured.
I am optimistic that within AIDS research, clues pointing toward a cure are before us- but from what i know about the virus, this doesn't sound like a "cure". what do you think?
