    • I'm glad to hear you talk about Cafe press. It's a great way for the average person to create some and make good with just their imagination. I have been selling and creating products on Cafe Press for years. It is very easy to do and a lot of fun.
I have great success with Cafe press and I even teach people
That are having money problems how to it Culturallycool.com
is based on hundreds of products from their market place.
I even have current.com listed as the most culturally cool website and tv station in the world listed on it.

    • Well, I got kicked out of school for having a John McCain shirt on a week before voting took place. Politics is not greatly welcomed at my school and no one is willing to go aginst the school to secure our first amendment rights. My school is simply uneducated that there is so much that we can do to show our point of view.

    • political parties aside, making your own shirts can be great fun. No I don't mean typing some shit into a computer and picking a box up outside your house.. screenprinting basic things like words and line images is simple and pretty inexpensive! google diy screenprinting for any number of tutorials.. it's a lot more satisfying than purchasing someone else's ideas

i suppose you'd have to agree with the premise to 'get it'

they all seem incredibly lame, ignorant and mean-spirited to me, but i could be blinded by ideology or whatever.

    • Anyone can put anything up in cafe-press. --EVEN ME! Yeah, I confess... I in fact have a ton of stuff that was put up when the guys first got off the ground. I haven't updated the site in a long time. My designs were for people who suffered with 24/7 chronic pain, to help them cope. Basically sold at cost.

    • you'd think that because conservative republicans aren't left brain dominant, they'd benefit from the creativity of the right brain. but it seems both sides are neglected somehow...

    • The right wing shirts...man. So not clever. Just promoting violence. The closest thing to a funny right wing piece of merch I saw was a "Republican Men Love Bush" button back in 2000.

    • i don't really like the way the political discourse is being commercialized and reduced to commodified expressions of individuality.

i'd much prefer a time when everyone more or less dressed the same but had boisterous public political debates, rather than just purchasing their political position off a rack.

t-shirt culture is getting on my tits. [prints slogan on t-shirt]

I kind of agree with you on this one...on one hand Im thrilled to see people so engaged and passionate about politics. But at the same time I dont want to see politics become a fashion statement. People should be passionate about their political beliefs because they truly believe in the issues and ideals...not because they want to look hot at the club.

    • youve got to admit, the liberal tees are more quirky and original than the conservative ones.

yeah Im just going to say that in general liberal t-shirts tend to have better design than conservative ones....but thats probably just because a majority of graphic designers are liberal heh.
