The City of Macon, Georgia has a noise ordinance on the books, and yet some people are living in noisy neighborhoods. So far this year, the Macon Police Department has received over 2000 noise complaints.

    City laws are their why don't they enforce them. When you get a ticket and have to pay a fine, most people learn but there is always going too be the self anointed
    king of the shit that don't stink club that will do anything to break the peace.

    Yes, In Georgia there are indeed, a lot of complaints, mainly its the people who turn their bass volumes in their cars on too high, therefore, creating noise around everyone else, and it does get annoying a lot of times. It does stimulate my senses though...
