He has also accused US President-elect Barack Obama of betraying his Islamic roots.
Al-Zawahiri warned Obama not to continue the policies of his predecessor, George Bush, on Iraq or he would "face failure".
Osama bin-Laden's right-hand man called on Islamists to continue attacks against "criminal America", and the message appeared to be aimed at convincing Muslims that Obama does not represent a change in US policies.

Zawahiri called our President elect a "house Negro." He should crawl back into his cave.

i think he's just an angry asshole, and if their moronic groups pull more terrorist activities in the US, all they're going to do is really piss us off, and when we get pissed off, we're not always the nicest guys and gals to go against.
they're liable to create a huge backlash against themselves and many truly peaceful, innocent Muslims around the world and in the US as a result.
i oppose both kinds of stupidity: the hatred-driven attacks and mindless retaliation and backlash.
if there's any good news in this, i believe that the worse things they try, the bigger and badder our retaliation against them will be.
and if they piss us off enough, the accurate term for our response will be "extermination."
if that's what they really want, they are going to have one hell of a lot of martyrs going to wherever they believe their afterlife is....
all i want to remind them is: what makes you thing all of those virgins are female?
think about it.
just one more cult, but more violent and sicker than about any which have gone before. my sympathy and compassion to any and all "collateral damage" victims on either side.
