Joe the Plumber Can Write (?!)

Just when we thought the world was no longer laughing at us comes the news that Joe the Plumber aka Samuel Wurzelbacher will be a published author. As if Sarah Palin's media blitz weren't annoying enough, I'm wondering when his 15-minute clock of fame will expire. Unlike Palin whose book deal will reportedly be worth over $10 million, the uncertified and currently unemployed "plumber" signed a book deal reportedly worth $250,000 with Pearlgate Publishing to "co-write" Joe the Plumber - Fighting for the American Dream (vomit now). He claims all the big publishers had been courting him with more lucrative deals but he decided to go with the small Austin publisher (with just one book under its belt) to "spread the wealth around.".
