    Remember our parents telling us the "When I was younger we never needed this or that..." Well prepare to hear yourself say the same things. Fact is kids have been born and lived(immagine that) for centuries without scientific studies. So if you only burp your baby facing the east, calm down and unclench before you give your 5 year old a heart attack... let em eat mud for petes sake!
