With things under somewhat control, several world leaders hastened to condemn the group responsible for the killings at Mumbai.
Its a true world event:

Spokespersons, Prime ministers, Presidents, president-Elects and even the Pope have offered the condolonces and help in the rescue effort. Even Pakistani Prime minister Asif Ali-Zardari whose country is usually first to blame for any terror attacks in India because of their hostile, yet ailing relationship.

    • What is the opposite of terrorism, where a good act spreads the opposite of fear?

      The sickness in the Muslim community must be addressed by the whole of Islam, the whole of Christianity, the whole world.

      These dis-eased groups of individuals must be faced squarely and with courage by the authorities, but by each of us as well in our individual acts.

      I'm a Freedomist and will combat the terrorism by being free from the fear that consumes them.

    • So now the idiot Islamic extremists have hit another country, this time India with what 1 billion people?

      One must wonder what they are thinking? Apparently they aren't doing much of it lately. Great thing throwing bombs and shooting guns...really helps to bring people to your way of thinking right?

      I think that quite a few folks are probably thinking the same thing that I am, that their days are numbered...let's hope so!
