We had a similar ad in Italy. The main character was a sodium particle feeling sad and lonely in sodium-free bottled water. She never pondered suicide, though.

That is crazy and dark and oh-so-cool. If only American adverts weren't so shiny-happy-FAKE. We shelter our kids from stuff like this but let them pretend to be a murderous pimp in a video game? Not THAT is f'd up.
Great find, abbym!

awww..... this makes me feel sad.... it's interesting advertising and really creative and a great piece of art, but not sure it's the best advertising campaign as if it makes people sad you'll get negative connotations about the product

Personally I hate the ads and would not support a company doing THAT kind of advertising.
Does everything really need to have such shock value? What kind of message will this send to children? Do we even consider the long term affects of actions???

:( makes me sad to see the ads...Makes me want to buy it so i can consume the one calorie and rid it of its misery, but not at the same time cuz its so disturbing and sad.
Window, maybe this humour is a little to dark. it doesn't fill me with nostalgia or any feeling of craving pepsi max

I love Pepsi Max, especially when it's free, it made my day. Great artwork though, I really like it.

I'm a fan of dark humor but that seems to be crossing the line a bit. I've lost a friend to suicide and almost lost another recently, so I may be a little biased, but I don't think suicide is an appropriate subject to make light of.

Interesting, especially since this would never fly in the states.
