Have any of you ever wondered why it is so hard to have family courts follow their own rules if you involuntarily lost your job, wound up on disability/unemployment. parenting time changes, or even having the custodial parents income applied acoordingly?
Here is a basic overview of how the states annual budget is determined by the amount of support that is paid through the system:

In general.—In paragraph (1), the term “incentive payment pool” means—
(i) $422,000,000 for fiscal year 2000;

(ii) $429,000,000 for fiscal year 2001;

(iii) $450,000,000 for fiscal year 2002;

(iv) $461,000,000 for fiscal year 2003;

(v) $454,000,000 for fiscal year 2004;

(vi) $446,000,000 for fiscal year 2005;

(vii) $458,000,000 for fiscal year 2006;

(viii) $471,000,000 for fiscal year 2007;

(ix) $483,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;

The applicable percentage with respect to a State's support order performance level is as follows:

If the support order performance level is: The applicable percentage is:
At least: But less than:

80% = 100

    • Amounts are of the "incentive payment pool"

      Not even of mention relative the total distributions.

      The use and misuse to abuse of children must cease.

      For sure, the thickest of smoke and shiniest of mirrors by which to cover the Grandest of Duping of Americans and Families.

      IV-A, IV-B, all the way to IV-E,
      The co-dependents cleverly supplant,
      Needs of the Needy and prospective Needy,
      With Greed of the Greedy of eyes Beady.

      Bank of American banks on it,
      JP Morgan counts on it,
      Lockheed Martin locks on it,
      Northrop Grumman grooms it,
      Policy Studies Inc. politicizes it,
      System and Methods Inc. systematizes it,
      Maximus maximizes it.
      International Business Machines internationalizes it,
      . . .
      Even our lower courts Judicially sanctify it.

      Come on baby, who ya gonna call?

      The FBI even has bloodied their hands green within the bled hearts, parted tears and voiceless screams cleverly kept within the abusive cookie jar of creed-less greed.

      Heaven help us and the many of no voice or ability to speak for themselves.

      Again,
      Jurisdiction to tree;; as crime to sound.

      It really is a dark, decrepit and disgusting epidemic.

      IV-mainliners need be brought to light, not further rewarded.

      Good grief!

      With sincerity of expression, good-will and concern,

      Great post.

      Needs of the Needy and prospective Needy,
      Supplanted by Greed of the Greedy of eyes Beady.

      Many an entrusted actively/passively serves,
      In the bleeding of hearts,
      The tearing of pockets, and
      The dowsing of dreams,
      Of children,
      In the name of children.
