Cincinnati judge hands out 6 month sentence for cussing in court. An attorney representing himself in a civil case let the f bomb fly thursday. The judge had no choice after experiencing the same behavior the day before in a criminal case. The defendant on Wednesday was accused of being involved in a local gang named the TALIBAND.
