At first this may sound weird, but Alameda County sheriff's came up with this plan as a way that they could get tips about 13 decades old homicide cases, which have not been solved.

They decide that since the inmates play a lot of cards this may be a good way to reach out for tips.

Basically taking the Have You Seen Me Ads to the next level.
