An Oklahoma man in Diabetic Shock was Tasered by police who thought he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The man was finally taken to the hospital where he received treatment.

so now the taser crazed police just automatically tase you if they suspect you are influenced by drugs or alcohol ? non response to commands is not the same as aggression .. isn't that the time for tasing?

This is ridiculous. The only reason they started getting taser guns in the first place, is because they were too reckless with their real guns. Now that they are given "non-lethal" weapons, they've become more trigger happy. The sad part is, when they finally do take someone's life using "non-lethal" force, they blame it on the weapon, as if it were the weapons that had no discretion or humanity.
