I edited this 30 second PSA for broadcast on Comcast locally. The footage was shot with a Canon HV20 HD camera then down converted to SD with Quick Time Conversion. The balance of the elements were then created on the SD time line and exported as such.
I've applied gaussian blur in a patchwork fashion to cover the quality of the video footage.
