It seems very easy to work this particular equation out for a simpleton "oik" like me.
On the one hand we have cigarette and tobacco education which over the last decade, has taken the sheen away, removed the "cool" from smoking cigarettes.
So is it really that tough to surmise the same course of action is likely to have the same outcome if it were applied to marijuana smoking?
