    • Been there, done that.

In my personal experience, it was fun going out to clubs once in awhile with friends blah, blah, blah...but actually choosing to undertake producing/promoting nightclubs as a business means you are suddenly forced to be immersed in it, and that got kind of old...quick.

It was fun, but I couldn't imagine doing it for a long time like I've seen some of these people do.

Strange as this sounds, being surrounded by people acting the way they act in clubs all the time made me stop believing in love, and so I got away from it.

i second that. i'm a dj/producer and label owner, been in the scene a long time and i've seen way too many people approach opening a venue from a 3 step business plan stand point. i've seen investors jump in without knowing or realizing that the quality and choice of music styles, promoters, dj/band selections have a huge impact on the success or failure of a venue.

thanks for making the video for those people who have no idea the various elements they have to think about. props for what you guys are doing out in san fran. keep it up.

      much love and peace.
