In part one of our Rebuilding the shield series, I explained the beginning of the raising of the Titanic that is the Oakland Raiders. In no way, shape, or form are we saying that this is the only way it will work. This is just one way that we believe will help turn the Raiders around and put then back on top of the NFL world.....
